In order to enhance the most efficient use of space, The Boutique Workplace Company decided to switch the locations of their ground floor office space and the building reception. This not only created a desirable, bright, modern office ready to rent, but it also simplified the route to reception and made better use of the space. The reception now boasts ample breakout spaces for tenants and visitors alike, whilst also including a meeting room and hot desking. Both spaces were designed to keep within the existing building style, to seamlessly bring these new spaces to life.
