This project involved the creative transformation of two small rooms at a school, demonstrating how even limited space can be used effectively with a bit of ingenuity. We converted one room into a dedicated office for parent-teacher meetings, optimising the layout to provide a comfortable and professional environment for important discussions. The second space, a previously misused library storage cupboard, was given a new lease of life as a sensory room designed for neurodivergent students. Through thoughtful design and the use of calming materials, the sensory room now offers a safe, soothing space that meets the needs of students seeking a quiet retreat. These transformations show how clever design can unlock the potential of any space, no matter how small.
