This project involved the fit-out of a Chinese restaurant within the bustling Grand Central Station in Birmingham. Despite a small footprint, the design centred around a creative concept that maximised space efficiency while delivering a vibrant and immersive dining experience. Strong brand identity was brought to life through bold, eye-catching design elements, blending traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary touches to resonate with the diverse foot traffic of the station. Every detail, from the compact kitchen layout to the seating arrangement, was carefully considered to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for both quick bites and longer dining experiences
