This project involved the specialised fit-out of a state-of-the-art X-ray facility at the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital, requiring precise coordination of multiple specialist subcontractors. Our role as project managers was crucial in overseeing every aspect of the fit-out, ensuring that highly technical installations, such as lead-lined walls, imaging equipment, and radiation shielding, were completed to stringent NHS standards. By carefully managing the timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements of various subcontractors, we delivered a seamless, high-performance medical environment that prioritises patient safety and staff efficiency.
