Over 18,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation in Longbridge was revitalised through a complete refurbishment programme spanning two floors. The project included extensive strip-out and dilapidation works, alongside a full Cat A refurbishment to create a contemporary, market-ready workspace. Planned Cat B fit outs will further adapt the space to suit the needs of future occupiers.
